What will be your challenge?

You will be a member of the Service Management team in the Risk Management division playing an important role in customer integration and provision of technical support to our customers. Your tasks will be:

• Integration and decommission of customers and their requirements for Risk Management solutions
• Investigating customer reported issues
• Providing support and 2nd level technical support for customers regarding incidents and problems
• Transaction analysis and research
• Communicate with other teams who are the gate to development to get issues and problems solved
• Change management on Risk Management solutions
• Development of the existing test or configuration automation
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) management, evaluation, and collection of KPI measurements

What will help you to succeed in the role?

• Experience in system/application configuration or 2nd level technical support
• Good knowledge of SQL
• Good knowledge of Atlassian Confluence and Jira
• Basic programming knowledge (such as Java, PHP. Python etc.)

As a person, you are proactive and self-organized, have excellent collaboration and communication skills, also fluent in English. You are highly self-driven and eager to take new challenges and learn a new field of responsibilities.
