Task Description

Your challenge will be to:

  • Ensure team seamless work – help team members to fully exploit their potential and encourage the team to extra mile by inspiring, guiding, supporting and motivating, providing direction and managing performance
  • Coordinate and align team activities with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance efficiency and quality of service. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Measure and report on regular bases performance metrics to team and stakeholders
  • Provide leadership, organize training and development plans for new and existing team members
  • Encourage the team to work collaboratively to contribute to achieving the team’s targets
  • Incorporate new work to the team whenever necessary
  • Take care of a seamless organization of work processes across divisional borders and support cooperative interaction across the organization

In the role of team manager you have the drive, initiative, a combination of interpersonal skills, and excellent technical ability:

  • Experience in software development and work experience in larger development environments
  • Experience in leading technical people, ability to take and give responsibility and make a difficult decision if necessary
  • Ability to work in high demand environment, take ownership and think creatively
  • Be proactive, systematic, and persistent and have strong problem-solving skills

You are passionate about your work and have a result-oriented mentality. You are able to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly. You are excellent at collaborating and communicating with different counterparties and are fluent in English.
